Got an email confirmation from fedex that my package has arrived at the post office ,went to pick it up. The lady at the desk said that they hadn't scanned in their shipments yet and it would take about an hour considering that they were slow that day. Came back an hour and a half later and the woman told me that she still hadn't had time to scan in any of the packages and it would be tomorrow or the next day before I would get my package at my house. Yet she had time to stand in the back room and talk to her friend. Very frustrating situation considerin the package to big to fit in my mailbox and I'm goin out of town. Not to mention the woman acted very uneven cerned and I'm willing to help the situation.. Never again..
Seminary Post Office makes sure you get in and out from my experience there. However due to the good name people from surrounding areas tend to come from all around which may slow things down. Great local Post Office very helpful and fast transactions. Plus most of the time in line at any post office is due to people that do not know banks exist.
Always friendly, helpful and expedient. Seems to be a one person operation so some people get frustrated when they don't receive instant service and gratification. Never had a problem with the staff and she always goes above and beyond to meet our needs. Thank you for doing a good job.
