I can't say enough about the compassion and genuine care exhibited by the entire Stephen's Auto Sales crew. I have had my current vehicle detailed here and it has never looked better. When I've been in the market for a new ride, Stephen and his wife are always beyond helpful and go beyond the call of duty as a salesmen. I, myself, am in sales, so I see all kinds of "used car salesmen" and I'm thankful that Stephen's is one of the upright, honest, family-owned dealers in Collins. Couldn't recommend him more!
My boyfriend bought a Chevy Silverado from Mr.stefan and the lifter went out and he wouldn't fix it then my boyfriend took it to shop and the shop said the truck was poorly taken care of and may need a new enigine now mr.stefan won't answer phone calls he new he sold him a bad truck that he couldn't get rid of he's a conMan DO NOT purchase vehicle From him!!!!!
I bought a truck had some minor issues that i didnt like the staff came and got my truck and worked out a great deal on another truck. They have some fine trucks i couldnt make up my mine witch one i wanted. They limited my times to bank and helped a bunch. So i think they stand by there word i know they do. Thanks Mr. Stephen and your great staff.
We had the worst service with this place! They acted funny when we got there! Not professional at all!!! I would NOT recommend doing business with these people!
If I could give this place no stars I would. My husband bought a truck from him and He had it 4 days and the transmission started slipping. My husband called and asked would he make it right since that was gonna be his only way of transportation for our family and it was only 4 days old to us. First he accused my husband of getting down in the truck and that it was his fault because he had drove the truck for a month with no problems. However he drove it and never once cleaned the air filter or other filters. They were black and completely stopped up when my husband changed them. He also lied to my husband and said that the transmission had never been worked on but once we got it to the shop the mechanic told us that it had been rebuilt within the past 6 months and whoever did it DID NOT know what they were doing. The owner only offered to pay a VERY SMALL amount towards total fixing cost not even half. I understand when buying a used vehicle it's normally no warranty and things like this can happen however not even having this vehicle a week it was not drivable and had to be towed to a shop. To not want to make things right shows the true character of this owner. As for me and my family we are going to spend the money needed to repair my husbands truck even though it's made the truck cost way more than book value we are going to fix it. I just want to warn others not to ever buy from this place again. Apparently he doesn't know much about the vehicles he drives and sells seeing the shape of things under the hood of my husbands truck and being totally oblivious to the history of the vehicle. BEWARE BUYING FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL SCREW YOU AROUND AND LEAVE YOU WITH A BROKE DOWN VEHICLE.
